We proudly smoke all of our meats with locally sourced, Flathead Valley Apple Wood.  This season’s tree comes to us from the Gateway to Glacier, Columbia Falls, Montana.

 Smoked Chicken – seasoned with our trusted blend of spices, our chicken is cured, rested, and smoked to perfection to ensure juiciness and our signature flavor that comes from our smoking process.

 Baby Back Ribs – The unique, citrus flavored spiciness of our ribs have made this offering a locally known favorite.  Lightly sauced to bring out a sweetness that compliments the natural flavors of the applewood.

 Yardbird and Babybacks – For those that choose not to choose, we offer you a platter with both of our hand-cut offerings.  Two pieces of our chicken and three pieces of our smoky, spicy, sweet ribs.

Corn on the cob – dressed with chile-lime butter and sprinkled lightly with grated cheese.              $3.50

Whipped Garlic Potatoes – whipped with cream, butter and mashed garlic.                                   $4.00

Chipotle-Lime Coleslaw – Our own recipes for a crisp, spicy-sweet coleslaw.                                  $3.50

Oso’s Ranch Style Beans – Beef, sausage, sautéed garlic and onions, our medley of beans, lightly sweetened.                                                                                                                                                                           $4.00

Seasonal Offerings – A side dish inspired by the season and locally sourced ingredients.  Lightly sweetened.                                                                                                                                                                               $4.00

 Specialty Entrees and Salads

Smoked Chicken Fettucine – Egg noodles cooked with our three cheese, bacon-serrano, cream sauce, and smoked chicken breast.                                                                                                                                            $10.50

Apple Wood Smoked Prime Rib – (served Fridays from June 28 through September 20)

A full pound of our delicious prime rib, served with caramelized mushrooms and onions, malbec au jus, house salad, and your choice of smoked or whipped potatoes.                                                                        $24.50
